Convenient and comfortable.

It is really convenient for visit Jeju island. Near all the buses. It is quiet and the room is spacious with refrigerator and washing machine. Yo can't cook, but you can have instant noodles or breakfast in your room.

They do no provide any kitchen tool.

Bring your own towel and mug. Great parking onsite.

Great parking on site.

Towels are very small (about 30cm x 60cm). I recommend that you bring your own if you are taller than 120cm. Also if you book a 3 person room, bring your own mug since you will only be provided with 2 mugs.

Great value for money. Helpful staff. Clean rooms.

Staff are friendly. close proximity to many restaurants and convenience stores. Vicinity is quite and close to Seogwipo market. Room is well priced.

Room size is just OK. a bit crowded for 3 single beds. The room is quite dim and its hard to pack luggages with tiny fixture lightings.

The price was reasonable.

The hotel room was clean. And reasonable price. Hotel got provide mosquito repellent even when is winter.

Even when is winter, still can see a lot of mosquitoes. One night we can easily killed more than 10 mosquitoes. My son was bitten badly.

Comfy and clean stay

I would like to compliment Ms Lee Soo Hyun for spending time to help me with the information I needed in Seoul. Though we need a translator app to communicate, she was very patient and helpful and always served me with a smile. Thank you for much Ms Lee! Also love the massage chair at the lobby. It was really very good.

They do not change bed sheets and use of laundry for stay that is less than 3 nights.

Nice stay in Seogwipo

The washing machine was the selling point and very handy for us. The kitchenette was useful as was the big fridge. Appreciated the warning at check-in that rooms wouldn't be cleaned/made every day due to covid but the hotel gave us new towels and water bottles at our front door every morning during our stay. Walking distance to central Seogwipo. The staff were nice but some couldn't speak English which we overcame with translate anyway.

Initially there was no clothes airer available to dry your clothes especially if they advertise a washing machine in the room. I should have notified the front desk because after our 2nd night, they provided one after doing a room check. Some of the cupboards require some maintenance.

Great stay

We had requested for 2 side by side rooms for our family of 4 adults. At check in, the initial rooms assigned to us were a distance apart although on the same floor. When I asked Mr Park Jun Chul who attended to us at check in if something can be done to relocate us to 2 side by side rooms, he was very helpful and searched through his room system. He eventually found 2 side by side rooms on the highest floor to give to us. The rooms were generally clean although one of our rooms constantly had a cigarette smell despite it being a non smoking floor. However when we sprayed the room with sanitiser, the smell went off. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel by the airport limousine bus and it was a convenient 5-10 mins walk to the hotel.

cosy, washing machine, massage chair at lobby, good experience for sleeping on tatami

the room is not designated for 3 adult although the room is called Korean style triple room. The room just provide 1 futon bed which suit to 2 adult only. misleading name of the room. small space room.

Very good

Basic, functional and clean hotel. Stayed in the Korean room for 4. No room service throughout the 5 days stay but there is daily supply of fresh towel and water.

No cleaning of room for the 5 night stay.

Brilliant hotel in the centre of the town

Very close to the main streets. Hotel room was really comfortable as were the soft beds. Bonus was the washing machine in the room to do laundry. Bathroom was also very nice

Not the hotels fault but there's a construction site across the road who start at 6am. Very loud
